Terms of Service of UR KOREA

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between UR KOREA (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and its users regarding the use of the platform services (hereinafter referred to as "Services").

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms aim to establish the conditions and procedures for the use of the Services provided by the Company, as well as the rights and obligations between the Company and users.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. Services: Refers to the payment and reservation platform provided by the Company.
  2. User: Refers to individuals or entities that register on or use the platform.
  3. Merchant: Refers to businesses partnered with the Company to provide products or services.
  4. Payment Issues: Refers to errors, failures, or refund issues related to payment processing.
  5. Quality Issues: Refers to defects or dissatisfaction with the products or services provided by the merchants.

Article 3 (Service Provision and Use)

  1. The Company provides a payment and reservation system, acting as an intermediary between users and merchants.
  2. Users may use the Services upon agreeing to these Terms.
  3. The Company may temporarily suspend the Services for maintenance or improvement, with prior notice to users.

Article 4 (Payment and Refunds)

  1. Users may utilize the payment services provided by the platform.
  2. The Company is responsible for assisting with payment-related issues.
  3. Product/Service quality issues are the responsibility of the merchant.
  4. Refund and cancellation policies follow the separate Cancellation and Refund Policy provided within the platform.

Article 5 (Issue Inquiry and Resolution Process)

To address customer issues, the Company provides the following process:

  1. Users should report issues via email to urkorea2025@gmail.com.
  2. The Company will review the inquiry, coordinate with the merchant, and propose a resolution.
  3. The final resolution will be communicated to the user via email.

Article 6 (Responsibilities of the Company)

  1. The Company ensures accuracy and security in payment processing.
  2. The Company is not responsible for the quality of products or services provided by merchants, as quality issues are the merchant's responsibility.
  3. The Company protects users' personal information in accordance with applicable laws.

Article 7 (Responsibilities of the User)

  1. Users must comply with these Terms and relevant laws, and they are responsible for any issues caused by providing incorrect information.
  2. Users must adhere to the refund and cancellation policies of merchants.

Article 8 (Privacy Protection)

  1. The Company protects users' personal information in accordance with applicable laws and the Privacy Policy.

Article 9 (Service Restrictions)

The Company may restrict the use of Services in the following cases:

  1. Violation of laws or these Terms
  2. Intentional interference with the operation of the Services

Article 10 (Amendments to the Terms)

  1. The Company may amend these Terms in compliance with applicable laws.
  2. Amendments will be announced at least 7 days before their effective date through notices within the Services.

Article 11 (Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction)

  1. Any disputes arising from the use of Services shall first be resolved through the Company's customer support.
  2. If unresolved, the dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court in the location of the Company's headquarters.

Supplementary Provisions

These Terms shall take effect on November 26, 2024.
